Terms And Conditions

• Reservation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit as specified in the booking confirmation.
• Deposit: A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
• Final Payment: Full payment must be received no later than a few Weeks days before the tour start date.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified.

• Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total cost if canceled 45 days before departure.
• 100% if canceled within 15 days of departure.
• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days of cancellation confirmation.

• Client Requests: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. • Changes by Us: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

Travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability is strongly recommended.

• Health Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements and obtain necessary vaccinations.
• Safety: Clients must follow safety instructions provided by our guides and service providers.

• Our Responsibility: We act as an agent for service providers and are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.
• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and must have valid travel documents.

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of The United Republic of Tanzania.
